Proposal management involves various processes and a collaborative effort from everyone involved. Krystn has experience responding to all types of RFP's and has extensive knowledge of all government Standard Forms (SF330, SF33, SF254-255, AE1-6, etc). Krystn also has a deep understanding of all aspects of the proposal process, including SWOT analysis, storyboarding, developing a comprehensive proposal management plan, facilitating color reviews (pink, red, gold, etc), analyzing competitors, and being the liaison between technical staff and upper management.

KG Designs offers proposal management services for firms and organizations bidding on government contracts, with a large expertise in the A/E/C industry.
