Krystn Gull, AM.APMP, LEED AP

Krystn has a broad range of experience in marketing, business development, new business capture, proposal management, proposal writing, graphic design, web design and the creation of various marketing collateral. She has focused the majority of her career, thus far, within the Washington, DC A/E/C industry. Krystn currently works for a top 50 design firm as recognized by Engineering News-Record. As a Marketing Pursuit Manager, Krystn is responsible for implementing comprehensive proposal plans, analyzing RFP requirements, developing proposal strategy, writing and producing proposals, and achieving business goals and objectives. She is team-oriented with a focused skill at multi-tasking and building relationships with business partners and key decision makers.

Krystn recently received her Foundation Level Accreditation from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals and her LEED Accreditation from the US Green Building Council.

Krystn earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2003 after transfer from the University of Richmond, where she began her college career as a Division I basketball player.

Krystn grew up in Asheville, North Carolina, where she graduated with Honors from Erwin High School. She was a four-year Scholar Athlete and named Erwin's "Female Athlete of the Year" as a junior in 1998. As a senior, Krystn was named Western North Carolina Player of the Year, and was heavily involved with the Beta Club and the German Club. At the University of Richmond, she was a starting forward for all three years of her career; and Richmond's record books reflect her various achievements.

KG Designs

Krystn began operating under the name of KG Designs shortly after moving to the DC Area in 2005. Since then, KG Designs has focused on web and graphic design for a variety of clients in the Mid-Atlantic Region. KG Designs is now expanding the range of services to include proposal and business development consulting.
